Process serving
Somerset Legal Services provides you with peace of mind that the legal documents you need serving - whether to an individual or business on a wide range of issues - will get directly to the right people. We serve all types of legal papers, including International documents.
We are based in Somerset and know the county well, so we are able to serve papers across the whole county in a professional and timely manner. However, we are also able to arrange process serving across the UK and worldwide.
Fees
Our fees are for personal UK serves and allow for three visits at varying times of the day or weekend, or as required, and include the serving of all statements, certificates or affidavits (swear fees apply if sworn at solicitors).
Standard process serving is £95 with three visits completed in 7 to 12 days, including appointment letters.
Urgent process serving, where service is required within 24 hours, is £130.
Company process serving, with one visit to a registered office, is £75.
International serves upon application.
Prices do not include printing costs and solicitor swear fees.
Somerset Legal Services will accept inter-agency work at agent to agent rates. Other private investigation services are available on application.
